The villa is a wonderful place to stay for a quiet secluded stay in Umbria. Located about 5mins drive up a very quiet rural single track road and nestled amongst an olive grove you literally have a family of swallows that have a nest close by for company. The view from the pool is just amazing. Downstairs there's even a games room (fussball table and table tennis).. Despite being secluded and rural, the local village is only 10mins drive, so super close for picking up fresh bread and provisions in the morning, and the main regional centre of Citta Di Castello is only 20mins. The owners of the villa (Frances manages for them as they don't speak a lot of English) were lovely, making sure the pool and grounds were immaculate every morning and also providing wine, olive oil and lemoncello - all home made from the villa's estate.. We had a really awesome stay and would whole heartedly recommend.

Paradise! We (family of 3) and 2 other families stayed in the residence from 27th July to 3rd August. The owner David and his daughter Romilly, were amazing, especially given the fluid situation we were in as a result of travel plans due to covid. The host Francesca was also extremely helpful. We were honestly blown away by the standard of house and facilities. For us it was absolutely perfect, as we were self contained and enjoyed the tennis, pool, tv room etc... It is quite remote, however, for us this is part of the appeal for us travelling to this area. We loved it and would have no hesitation in recomending and would certainly love to return soon! Le paradis en Ombrie... L'accueil est familial et tres chaleureux, la proprietaire est aux petits soins pour ses hates avec une elegante discretion. Francesca est tres reactive et disponible. La maison est tres grande et confortablel'equipement est vraiment complet, it ne manque rien pour passer de superbes vacances!Un parking securise pour 2 voitures est egalement prevu.Enfin le joyaux de cette villa est sans aucun doute le jardin et sa superbe piscine avec une vue a couper le souffle sur les paysages idylliques de l'Ombrie et de la Toscane...Une villa a recommander pour passer de superbes vacances!

Very nice villa, super fitted, (too) isolated. Villa is extremely well fitted. It has splendid views on surrounding area, was very clean, and the pool is superb. There is plenty of space and room. The house manager was always very reactive.

We enjoyed a wonderfully relaxing few days at Frances's place. Frances was there to greet us and was really helpful with finding local amenities. The property is incredibly rural and peaceful, which we loved. It's in a beautiful part of Italy - we visited Perugia for an afternoon and also drove to the town of Umbertide (about 15 mins drive) for a wander and dinner one evening - again would really recommend doing this as it's so pretty. It's really well equipped and we cooked for dinner several evenings and enjoyed lunches outside. Our kids loved having the beautiful pool to themselves and we loved not having to worry about how much splashing they did! One thing to note, there are a lot of insects (I guess because it's so rural). We couldn't have the doors to the property open as there aren't any mosquito grills, so do remember insect repellent.

We especially enjoyed the remote location of the house and the amazing views over the valley. Just arrived home after an amazing 10 night stay at Villa Paradiso. What an incredible place! The views are stunning, every bedroom has its own little quirks like a secret terrace or a sunbed lounge; there's so much space! The gym was an added bonus along with the parrots, zebras and llamas next door in the animal park! The pool is HUGE - the size of a pool in a large hotel. The many spaces to sit and eat and look out over the mountains were wonderful. We were a group of 14 and there was more than enough space for all of us. Frances is a fantastic host and quickly responded to any questions we had. Thank you so much for an incredible holiday! We will definitely be booking with Frances again.

Francesca was the manager of the house we rented in Umbria last summer. She became our wedding planner when we mentioned that we were getting married during our stay at the house. She took care of everything and we had the most fabulous wedding, way beyond our expectations. She took care of all the details and made very good recommendations. Francesca is focus on her customers and is proactive to please them. I definitely recommend her for any trip or event planning in Italy.

The house and the property are fabulous. The view from the terrace is wonderful. The surrounding is rural and very charming. The house has a good size and is very comfortable for up to six persons. The pool is definitely the highlight of the estate. Our kids had lots of fun with the pool. Northern Umbria and the south of Tuscany are offering so many destinations for excursions. Our host, Frances, was very helpful and responsive during our stay. Thank you very much, Frances!

This is a beautiful renovated Umbrian farmhouse in an idyllic spot. The villa is located at the top of a hill in the rolling Umbrian countryside and the views are breathtaking. The villa is well equipped, nice linens, towels, all the kitchen equipment you would need and nice little details like fresh flowers , fragrant soaps in the bathrooms, and separate pool towels. The pool and pool area are lovely with the same sublime views as the back terrace . It is a place to totally unwind and relax, surrounded by nature. We enjoyed the culinary delights of Daniela and her chefs (recommend by our hosts) and were very pleased with the quick response of Francesca to any of our queries. A car is essential as Toricella is at the top of a 4km dirt road and the nearest town with supermarkets etc. is approximately a 15 minutes drive. We were 9 adults including two 88 year olds and we all had a wonderful time. I would highly recommend Toricella!

Wonderful house in a spectacular idyllic. Had a wonderful week here with 4 generations of my family, ages ranging from 3 to 90 years. This is an interesting, comfortable and welcoming house in an idyllic setting with fantastic views and outstanding pool and outdoor facilities.The house has a lovely "lived in" ambience and we very quickly felt at home here. Equipment is excellent - some things such as temperamental appliances were a bit quirky, but didn't really detract from the experience and if anything added to the charm. The house owner and house manager were extremely helpful, accommodating and kind, both before and during the stay. All in all, I can't praise this place too highly. It's absolutely heavenly.
